Our services include:
- Molybond coating: Molybond coating is a very reliable, extremely strong coating used for all types of metal products and on mating surfaces, where two materials join. Molybond provides corrosion protection and a low-friction function for machinery like gears, couplings, hinge pins, and heavy-duty components.
- Phosphating: Phosphate coatings are used for corrosion protection and in manufacturing processes. They are applied to carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and cast iron. The coating is made of iron, zinc or manganese phosphate salts in phosphoric acid, applied by either spraying the solution onto the substrate or immersing the substrate into the solution.
- Teflon coating: We provide Teflon PTFE, FEP TEFZEL ETFE and PFA coatings for a wide range of uses. Teflon coating is famous for its low friction, non-stick applications and is used on carbon steel, aluminium, stainless steel, steel alloys, brass, and magnesium, and non-metallics such as glass, fibreglass, some rubber, and plastics.
- Xylan coating: Xylan coatings are thermally cured fluoropolymers designed for corrosion protection, lubrication and wear resistance in many industries. Most Xylan coatings contain a combination of high-performance resins with either PTFE, Molybdenum Disulphide, Graphite or other lubricants.
- Specialised coatings: Specialised coatings are typically required for products needing special coating performance. We provide technical evaluations and solutions for these coatings.
- Dri-Loc® 211
Loctite Dri-Loc® dry-to-touch coatings contain microcapsules which crush during assembly, releasing an active ingredient, which starts the curing process. The adhesive expands into the threads, filling all the voids thus locking and sealing the assembly. Dri-Loc® 211 is a general purpose, high strength threadlocking adhesive where high vibration and heat resistance is required. It has good adhesion to all plated surfaces and complies to DIN 267 part 27.
